She has a proven track record in leading large, global sales team and most recently built out the strategy and plan to help her team drive $1.0B+ in annual sales. She has developed a strong reputation for being a leader that drives accountability throughout the organization, operational excellence and talent management. She is a decisive decision maker and creative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, challenging environment. Lenore is always looking for new ways she can help her customers innovate, compete and push boundaries in hyper-competitive industries.
Lenore was introduced to the ELN partners in 2013 and knew immediately that she wanted to be part of this dynamic team. She, too, was a breast cancer survivor and endured the lack of products on the market to support post-surgical needs. Lenore truly appreciated the product from first sight and was thrilled that her financial contributions and business savvy could make a dream come to reality.
Lenore resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago and enjoys spending time with her two sons. She loves to travel around the globe especially spending time in warm climates where she enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, and exploring new places. She is also passionate about animals and has served on the Board of PAWS Chicago and has been a foster Mom to many dogs over the years.
